The service
BEFOREVIBE is operated by AOKIMO, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms are an agreement between you and AOKIMO, Inc.
BEFOREVIBE turns your idea into a PRD you hand to a builder like Replit. Structuring your idea and generating your PRD is free. The product evolves: features can change or be retired.
Your PRDs
Everything you create stays yours and is private by default. You are responsible for its content and must hold the rights to anything you upload.
Publishing to the Explore
Publishing is optional. When you publish a PRD to the Explore, you grant every visitor a worldwide, non-exclusive licence, at no charge, to read it, download it, and use it to build their own products.
You keep ownership and attribution. You can unpublish at any time: future access stops, but products already built from it are unaffected.
Image credits
Generated images (logos, screen previews, posters) use credits. Every account gets 3 free credits each month; the free allowance resets to 3 and unused free credits don't carry over. You can buy extra credits at any time ($5 for 40, $10 for 100); payment is processed by Stripe.
Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable. Purchased credits don't expire.
Fair use
Don't publish unlawful content, content you don't hold the rights to, or attempts to abuse the service. We can remove content or freeze accounts.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for what is built from a PRD.
